We exclusively partner with top-tier contractors in each specialty, and are proud to work with a world-class team known for their skill, reliability, and attention to detail. This allows us to offer a seamless, A-to-Z service, so you won’t need to involve anyone else in your project unless you prefer to work with a specific contractor of your own.
Pricing
- Our services cost 1% of the asking price or market value for properties up to 1.500.000€.
- For properties between 1,500,000€ and 5,000,000€, our fee is 1.5%.
- For properties between 5,000,000€ and 50.000.000€, our fee is 2%.
- For any property over 50.000.000€, our fee is 1.75%
This price doesn't include expenses and VAT (which is deductible for companies).
We offer up to 1.000.000€ for any referrals.
Where do we operate?
Our consulting services are available throughout Europe, North America, most of the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. Because our work is primarily conducted in person, our team usually travels directly to your property’s location.
